## About Jace Malz

Jace Malz (he/him) is the founder of Inbo. He holds a Master's in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University and is an ICF PCC candidate with 500+ coaching hours. Jace is bilingual in English and French and brings over 10 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and organizational development.

Certifications include EQ-i 2.0/360, Immunity to Change, ORSC, and training through Kaospilot and Hyper Island. Jace has taught graduate-level courses at Concordia University.

Past and current clients include the Government of Canada, McGill University, Workleap, Cirque du Soleil, and Mila AI Institute.
