Workleap is an employee experience platform designed for hybrid teams. It focuses on streamlining communication between employees and management, fostering a continuous feedback loop that encourages open dialogue and collaboration.
The Challenge
Pivoting in-person leadership training to a virtual, bilingual format
The original in-person program needed a rapid pivot to virtual delivery in response to COVID-19. We adapted the curriculum to ensure flexibility and engagement across remote teams while maintaining the program’s strategic alignment with GSoft’s 2020 organizational goals.
Key Challenges:
Pivoting to Virtual: Redesigning a full-year in-person program for a seamless virtual experience without compromising interactivity or depth.
Balancing Workload and Learning: Integrating the program with day-to-day responsibilities to reduce fatigue and maintain engagement.
Bilingual Delivery: Delivering all content, facilitation, and materials in both French and English to serve a linguistically diverse team.
Maintaining Cohesion and Connection: Designing peer and mentorship frameworks that could thrive in a fully remote format.
