Holding Space

A Facilitation Lab for Depth, Presence, and Play

You are the one who holds the space when
things get real.

Maybe you’ve said this to yourself:
“I want to grow as a facilitator. But I don’t need more frameworks or tricks. I don’t want to be talked at. I want depth. I want to meet the moment with confidence, curiosity, and care and hold space that truly transforms.”

Holding Space is for facilitators looking for connection, reflection, and real practice in community.

By the end of this journey, you’ll be:

  • More confident and resourced as a facilitator

  • Better equipped to navigate complexity in teams, communities, and systems

  • Inspired, connected, and part of a practitioner community

  • Clearer in how you hold space and more grounded in your presence

  • Ready to take aligned action in the face of uncertainty

This cohort is for:

  • Facilitators, consultants, team leaders, and change-makers

  • People who lead meetings, retreats, trainings, or group work

  • Space-holders who want to feel more grounded, confident, and impactful

  • Anyone using facilitation in service of community, equity, creativity, or growth

You’re not a beginner, you’ve facilitated before.
Now you’re ready to go deeper. To stretch. To evolve.
To remember who you are when you’re fully in your power and in service.

The Space

This is not a static curriculum. It’s a living, breathing journey, responsive and shaped by the people in the room.

Holding Space is rooted in emergent facilitation: learning how to hold space with empathy, presence, and humility. We’ll explore what it means to be adaptive, attuned, and creatively resourced in the face of complexity and change.

Expect a space where you can play, reflect, laugh, experiment, and grow.

Facilitated by
